MR Medium Rigid Truck Driver Licence Training and Assessment
MR Vehicles include:
• Trucks and buses with a GVM more than eight tonnes and two axle s
• Any towed trailer must not w eigh more than nine tonnes GVM.
To apply for a MR licence, you will need to follow these steps:
• Have held a class C licence, (except a learner licence) or equivalent for one year or more. Any time you've spent on a P1 licence counts, but you can't practice to drive a MR vehicle, or upgrade to a MR licence until you hold a P2 or full class C licence

• Pass MR knowledge test and receive your learners log book
• Pass an eyesight test
• Call our team to book & Successfully complete your Heavy Vehicle Competency assessment (HVCBA)
